Hawkeye Security Inc. accepts applications for both its onsite and patrol officer positions on a rolling basis. Hiring is done at the needs of the company.
Applicants must submit the Hawkeye Security Inc. application, a copy of which may be downloaded below. Selected applicants will be invited to the Oral Board Interview, after which, a thorough background investigation will be completed. All officers are required to have a vehicle operator's license, as all officer positions require driving Hawkeye Security vehicles.
Hawkeye Security is a Drug Free Workplace and as such, all successful applicants must pass a comprehensive drug and alcohol screening test. Hawkeye Security has a zero tolerance drug policy which includes Marijuana, even in states where it has become legally regulated.
All officers are required to compete the licensing process in the state for which they are applying. In addition, each officer will compete the Hawkeye Security Officer's Academy.
After completion of required training, each officer is paired with a Field Training Officer for initial training and evaluation.
